Brent Biefeldt began training under Guinn Sa Bom Nim in October of 2018. He was always interested in studying Martial Arts, but was always pushed to play sports instead throughout school. During his last year of high school he found himself having too many reasons to begin training that he could no longer ignore, from honing his discipline to working on endurance and learning leadership skills.

Brent obtained his Jo Kyo Certification (certified assistant instructor) as a Red Belt and began assisting Guinn Sa Bom Nim and Underwood Kyo Sa Nim in classes as often as he could. This assisting eventually lead to him leading Gup classes on the nights Guinn Sa Bom Nim and Underwood Kyo Sa Nim lead the Dan classes (Midnight blue/black belts). This continued until he earned his Cho Dan (1st Degree Midnight Blue Belt) in July of 2022, after which he began training with the Dans.
